The migration from analogue to digital security products will indeed change the security technology business. Security-as-a- Service has already become a mantra for many companies in the supplier chain. But overall the process is slow and it is not without resistance that the security industry is giving up on its traditionally conservative view on business, writes Lennart Alexandrie in the Editors’ comment.

Cameras secure new DHL terminal
DHL Freight (Sweden) required a sophisticated security surveillance system for their new terminal in Rosersberg, north of Stockholm. They appointed security services supplier, CCTV Systems to carry out the installation and the system selected was based on the Panasonic I-Pro programme. The security of the facility has been improved, as well as the safety of the employees.
