The subsidiary site of the news portal SecurityWorldHotel.com has been successfully launched at IFSEC between the 10th of May and today the last day of the show.
    "The response we have received is more than even we expected. Now, we look forward to continuing this initial success and to developing the site, and marketing it in order to achieve the same position that SecurityWorldhotel.com has reached on the international market," says Rachel Ward Owens, Marketing Manager of the UK SecurityWorldhotel.com/uk site. 

Norbain became the first client to be linked on the site.
   "That was certainly a good start. Having Europe´s biggest CCTV distributor with us is definitely important," claims Lennart Alexandrie, Managing Director of Ar Media International AB.
   Following Norbain a number of other important companies have since taken direct links to the SecurityWorldotel.com/uk.
    "Our ambition is to become the leading local UK news portal and to achieve the same level of success as the international news portal and the Scandinavian ones."
   The Scandinavian sites, e.g. the news portals for the Swedish, Danish and Norwegian markets in local languages were also launched for the international visitors on one of the two Ar Media stands at IFSEC.
   "We decided to purely focus on SecurityWorldHotel.com on one of the stands while the quarterly published security technology publication Detektor remained the key focus on the other stand. Dividing the Ar Media presence into two stands at IFSEC this year certainly provided a successful outcome for us", concludes Lennart Alexandrie.
