ISC West product overview
Strong and interesting mix to solve all kinds of security threats
ISC west in Las Vegas is a very important yearly security exhibition for North America, just like Ifsec in London is for Europe and the biennial security exhibition CPSe in Shenzhen is for Asia. detektor was of course present at the Sands Convention Center on the 5th to the 7th of April to pick up on trends and to see what the exhibitors had to show this year.

Perimeter security – thermal cameras and radar A very strong trend at the show was the solutions and products for perimeter security. Exhibitors with thermal cameras and radar technology were especially well represented this year. Indigovision, from Scotland, a developer of end-to-end video security solutions, has enhanced its portfolio with the addition of thermal imaging technology. At the show the company offered visitors a preview of the new BX thermal camera.
Product wise ISC West is very much a marketing platform where the large companies debut products that have not been released on the market yet. This year was no exception. Here follows a review on what the ISC West event had to offer the visitors in 2017.
